Her calm, confident, and joyful demeanor relaxes my students...
"Rebecca has provided qigong and meditation instruction to my middle school students periodically over the past several years. Her calm, confident, and joyful demeanor relaxes my students and allows them, and me, to experience something we don’t frequently experience in our busy day-to-day lives. With Rebecca’s gentle direction we have had the opportunity to slow down and notice the energy around us and in us. Students have described sessions with Rebecca as peaceful, relaxing with “floaty-moments”. They say that Rebecca is nice, clear, and makes it easy to understand the movements and I couldn’t agree more. I look forward to having Rebecca back as a guest instructor again and again.” — Hannah McHugh, Adventure & Wellness Instructor at SGS, Seattle, WA
Participants have learned new ways of connecting to their own energy and to others.
"I hired Rebecca to teach a weekly chi kung and meditation class at our facility a few years ago. Although I didn’t know if there would be an interest, Rebecca quickly established herself and the class has blossomed under her guidance. The benefits of having her as an instructor, and this format has been overwhelming. Participants have learned new ways of connecting to their own energy and to others. And recently, when my niece was diagnosed with cancer, I knew immediately who to turn to to help her through her difficult journey. Rebecca is unique in the way she relates to young, old, healthy and those needing extra guidance. She is a blessing to our community." — Dana Azose, Group Fitness Coordinator at the Stroum Jewish Community Center in Seattle, WA

It's difficult to describe the peace and calm...
"It's difficult to describe the peace and calm that Rebecca Gould brought into our home while my 21 year old daughter Kirbi was going through chemo for Hodgkin's Lymphoma. There seemed to be nothing good over the long six months except for the day after chemo, when Rebecca would quietly show up at the house. In that one hour, she was able to work with Kirbi and bring her radiance up enough to where when Rebecca would leave, she could eat and seemed in a brighter place. Each Friday, I doubted that my daughter would wake up for the session, but when Rebecca peered into her room, I could see Kirbi's face light up as she knew that for the next hour, she would actually be feeling good. Through a mixture of breathing exercises, meditative movement, and Rebecca's incredible, calming presence, positive words and vibes, we look back and know that Rebecca's time was well spent. We feel fortunate that my sister was aware of Rebecca's gift and told us about her in hopes of helping Kirbi get through a dark time. Rebecca did just that, and I consider anyone that she comes in contact with a lucky person." - Abby Stern, Mercer Island, WA

An important part of my healing routine.
"This was my first experience with this practice, and it has become an important part of my healing routine. I had tried other meditative practices here and there, but this really worked for me from the start, and it continues to feel right. So thank you for your good and patient teaching! Since mind-body work looks to be pretty critical to my health, I'm really grateful you chose to teach that class where and when you did." - Anonymous student with stage 4 cancer, Seattle, WA
The pain in my knee is gone.
"I was a little skeptical about qigong and Sheng Zhen at first, but I decided to give it a try for a while and to keep my mind open to a new practice. I have been doing this for a of couple months now, and I have noticed that I do not have pain in my left knee as I used to have it before. I was told by my doctor that it is arthritis and that I just have to do exercise and use a hot pad once in a while; if the pain is more, then take some ibuprofen. However, after practicing Sheng Zhen Healing, Stage 1 for a couple months, the pain in my knee is gone. Now I can go up and down the stairs and walk without the pain. Thank you for introducing the Sheng Zhen practices to me." - Pallu, Mercer Island, WA
A truly transformative experience.
"Union of Three Hearts Meditation came at a time I was seeking greater spiritual guidance and proved to be one of the most powerful tools I’ve continued to use, when exploring my internal dialog. The class itself was beautifully paced, while Rebecca’s calming voice and gentle instruction, helped steer my meditative journey through some profound moments of understanding and joy; a truly transformative experience.” –Mike Bennett, Seattle, WA
